CARD SALES FROM THIS WEBSITE ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE UK, EUROPE, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Each card, printed on FSC certified board, comes individually wrapped in a clear bag with a white or buff-coloured FSC approved envelope. The cards are blank, so suitable for any message. Inspired by nature, gardens and landscape, the cards feature a wide range of subjects reproduced from my original linocuts and mixed media collages. To protect the cards, they will be posted in a padded envelope.

Please feel free to email us regarding cancellation, returns or any other problems.

DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES

All orders to UK addresses will be sent via the Royal Mail. There is a flat postage and packing charge of £1.95 on orders below £10.00. Postage and packing is FREE on orders above £10.00.

DELIVERY TO NON-UK ADDRESSES

All orders to non-UK (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) addresses will be sent via the Royal Mail. There is a flat postage and packing charge of £3.95 on ALL orders irrespective of number of cards ordered.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our aim is to post orders within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. Orders may be placed at any time but will be processed and posted during our business hours, Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm. We are a small business and there may be periods during annual stocktaking or at busy times, when orders could take a little longer.

If you’re purchasing the cards as a gift, they may be sent directly to the person receiving them. Simply include their name and address when ordering.

RETURNS

Please contact us if you need to return any cards explaining why you need to return them.

To be eligible, returns have to be made within 14 days of delivery. The cards must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

Cards will be sent in a padded envelope, however in the event that they arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive them.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

When you place an order, you will have given us your name, email address, home address and telephone numbers. These details will never be shared with third parties. From time to time we send out an Email newsletter to our customers. If you would prefer not to be contacted just reply to the Email with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject box and you will be removed from our mailing list.

SECURITY

If you opt to pay via Direct Bank Transfer, please use the bank details allowing you to pay directly into the specified account. You will not need to divulge any of your own bank details so this form of payment is entirely secure. You can also opt to pay via PayPal. They provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions. When your order is placed on the website, your credit card information is encrypted by PayPal secure online payment processing. We do not receive any of your credit or debit card details as this is handled entirely by PayPal.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this email please contact us so we can confirm the order has been received.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

While we aim to ensure all cards are available at all times, we will inform you as soon as possible if for some reason any cards you have ordered are not available.
